Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. I don’t know why I’m saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.

I have been in such a situation. My relationship ended about three years ago, but i could not let her go. So i had to do all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual adviser who helped me bring her back. We are back together, and i must say i am enjoying every moment.

I have no maintenance meds too. I don't eat junk foods, smoke, or drink any alcohol, and I don't buy red meats including chicken legs. I eat everything organic including chicken breasts and eggs and don't eat farmed fish and high carbs. I love chia seeds, raw pili nuts (one of the best nuts in the world), durian (King of all Fruits), avocados, Philippine lemons, leafy greens like Malabar spinach, jute leaves, romaine lettuce; okra, cucumbers, sweet potato tops, wild salmon, vegetable salads in Virgin Coconut Oil Mango Vinaigrette, coconut meat & water. I have an organic vegetable garden. I eat small fish with scales, chevon or mutton, and Bounty Fresh Organic Chicken breasts and eggs only. I don't eat pork, grain-fed beef, farmed & big fish and small fish without scales. The only bread I eat is sourdough and I bake my own keto pastries. I eat resistant starch white rice daily. 1-1/2 hours after eating, I measure my HBA1C, IT'S ALWAYS 4.5-5.5. I follow Glucose Goddess/Biochemist Jessie Inchauspe's protocol when eating desserts. I only use coconut oil when cooking and baking. I charge my two liters/day of purified water with a state-of-the-art device called iTeraCare to convert the water molecules to a linear structure to penetrate all my cells. I blow my head and whole body with this device too before sleeping to heat my bones and stimulate my stem cells. I exercise and walk for miles every other day under the hot sun and I walk for miles too at the Mall when doing my groceries. I take Omega Gold (mercury-free) and Essensa Naturale food supplements like Buah Merah Softgels (oil), Mouro Blend, or Essensa Buah Merah Max (all locally manufactured and concocted by a Filipino Scientist Jocelyn Alcasabas (Consultant of hundreds of Herbal companies worldwide). I also take Ivermectin Capsule once a week to prevent COVID-19, Pneumonia, Pertussis, Tuberculosis, and other bacterial and viral communicable diseases. . . . I use Essensa Naturale & Human Nature organic soaps and all toiletries, oils, make-ups, etc.. . I live in paradise, the Philippine Islands with a tropical climate (without winter), with crystal clear white beaches, majestic waterfalls, and mountains where most urban Filipinos go once a week or once a month to alleviate stress. The Philippine soil is blessed with 22,000 species of medicinal medicines, but sadly, only 20+ were approved by the FDA. . . I am happy with my biological and spiritual families. My grandfather was a pesco-vegetarian who died at the age of 120 and my grandma at 97. Thank God, I have no lifestyle diseases. I only used my Philhealth Card once in my lifetime when I was bitten by a wasp and never confined because of any illnesses. I eat only two meals a day and when I am hungry. I have so much energy for 16 consecutive hours with no brain fog and sleep like a baby at night. I have a medium-built body and no belly fat. Thank God for my unstressful life. I hope you follow my lifestyle too.

To get a BMI of 22.5 as a 6' male... you need to be 160 lbs. I feel like that is TOO skinny, especially if you are wanting muscle mass. Is it reasonable to up the weight to the general recommended limit of 24 BMI, or do you really start seeing health consequences even then?

Typically, parents do not focus on what their children think since they mostly think about themselves. Children, too often, are objects of fulfilling the expectations of parents or of their childhood. These days, most women are realizing that motherhood is not smart, if it fulfills someone else's expectations.

Our number one job is to keep our kids safe…hmm…interesting idea to ponder and juxtapose with all the research coming out about the importance of allowing kids to take age appropriate risks and giving them plenty of unsupervised time with other kids. If our number one goal is safety then we’d never let them go and do anything at all.

They feed farmed salmon artificial astaxanthin from China which is toxic. Pesticides are also in the fish food pellets which are stored in the fat of the fish. And feeding fish corn and soy, also in the fish food pellets, changes the composition of the fat of the fish to have more linoleic acid.

It wasn't until the end that I picked up my phone and read the description. It would be nice if there were an introduction so listeners could know who they are listening to without reading the description.
